添加当用户保存表单数据时运行的脚本

1. 在“工具”菜单上，单击“表单选项”。
2. 在“表单选项”对话框的“类别”列表中，单击“打开和保存”。
3. 在“保存行为”下，选中“使用自定义代码保存”复选框，再单击“编辑”。Microsoft 脚本编辑器将启动，且光标位于 OnSaveRequest 事件处理程序上。

4. 请执行下列一项或全部操作：

5. 要测试所做更改，请单击“常用”工具栏上的“预览”或按 Ctrl+Shift+B。

    注释   如果事件处理程序仅在您创建基于表单模板的表单之后才运行，请单击“文件”菜单上的“发布”以发布表单模板，然后完成“发布向导”。发布表单模板之后，创建一个表单，然后执行操作以运行事件处理程序。
